
General Conditions of Sale (GCS)
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) define the terms and conditions under which Mon Taxi Parisien (hereinafter "the Service Provider") offers its passenger transport services by taxi, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the use of the website www.montaxi-parisien.com and the reservation services. By validating your reservation, you accept these GTC without reservation.
1. Purpose
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the terms and conditions applicable to the reservation and use of taxi transport services offered by Mon Taxi Parisien. The customer acknowledges having read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions before any reservation on the website www.montaxi-parisien.com
2. Services offered
My Parisian Taxi offers the following services:
Passenger transport by taxi in Paris and Île-de-France.
Online vehicle reservation via the website.
Fleet of vehicles adapted to different needs: eco vehicles, sedans, station wagons, vans.
24/7 availability, by prior reservation or immediate pick-up.
Transportation service for events, airport transfers, train stations, etc.
3. Reservation
Taxi reservations can be made:

Any reservation made via the site is deemed firm and final once the customer has validated the order and accepted these T&Cs.
The reservation is confirmed after receipt of a deposit of 20 euros by the customer. This deposit guarantees the availability of the taxi on the desired date and time. The deposit will be deducted from the total amount of the trip.
The customer will receive a booking confirmation by email, specifying the details of the pick-up (date, time, location, vehicle type, booking number).
The customer can modify or cancel his reservation by contacting Mon Taxi Parisien by telephone or email, under the following conditions:

Modification: Any modification to the reservation (time, pick-up location, vehicle type, etc.) must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time. The modification is subject to availability.

Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the customer:

More than 24 hours before pick-up: the deposit of 20 euros is refunded.

Less than 24 hours before pick-up: the deposit is kept by the Service Provider as compensation.

If the customer does not show up at the agreed time and place, the deposit will also be retained.

4. Rates
4.1 Pricing structure
The rates applied by Mon Taxi Parisien vary according to several criteria, including:

The distance traveled.

The type of vehicle selected.

Traffic conditions.

The day and time (day/night, holidays, etc.).

An approximate quote can be provided at the time of booking, but the final fare will be calculated based on the actual distance travelled and time spent in the taxi.
4.2 Payment of the deposit
A deposit of 20 euros is required to confirm any reservation. Payment of this deposit can be made by credit card directly on the website www.montaxi-parisien.com via a secure payment platform or by bank transfer.
4.3 Payment of the balance
The balance of the fare will be paid directly on site upon arrival at the destination, depending on the distance traveled and the travel time. The accepted payment methods are:

Other electronic payment methods (if available).
The customer will receive an invoice or receipt at the end of the ride, indicating the total amount paid.
5. Customer Obligations
5.1 Compliance with timetables
The customer agrees to be present at the pick-up location at the agreed time. Any delay of more than 15 minutes may result in additional invoicing or cancellation of the reservation, with retention of the deposit paid.
5.2 Behaviour on board
The customer agrees to respect the rules of safety and courtesy on board the vehicle. Any inappropriate or dangerous behavior may result in the interruption of the trip without reimbursement.
5.3 Baggage
The customer is responsible for his luggage. The driver can refuse to transport dangerous or illegal objects. The number of bags allowed varies depending on the type of vehicle booked (Eco, Estate, Sedan, Van). Mon Taxi Parisien is not responsible for any loss or damage to the customer's personal belongings.
6. Obligations of the Provider
6.1 Availability
Mon Taxi Parisien undertakes to provide a vehicle that complies with the reservation and to ensure pick-up at the agreed time, except in cases of force majeure (exceptional traffic conditions, unforeseeable events, etc.).
6.2 Safety and comfort
All Mon Taxi Parisien vehicles comply with current safety standards and are regularly maintained. The drivers are qualified professionals, holders of a passenger transport license and trained to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers.
6.3 Data confidentiality
Mon Taxi Parisien is committed to protecting customers' personal data in accordance with current regulations (see privacy policy). No data will be shared with third parties without the customer's explicit consent.
7. Liability
7.1 Liability of the Service Provider
Mon Taxi Parisien cannot be held responsible for delays or interruptions of service due to circumstances beyond its control (strikes, accidents, major traffic jams, bad weather, etc.). In the event of a delay or cancellation due to force majeure, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and the deposit will be refunded if the service cannot be honored.
7.2 Customer liability
The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or its equipment by misuse or inappropriate behavior. In the event of damage to the vehicle, the customer may be charged for necessary repairs.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport services, which are provided on a specific date or period. Thus, the customer cannot benefit from a withdrawal period after validation of the reservation.
9. Complaints and disputes

Nous nous engageons à répondre à toute réclamation dans un délai de 10 jours ouvrables.
En cas de litige non résolu à l’amiable, les tribunaux compétents seront ceux du ressort de la Cour d’appel de Paris.
10. Modifications to the T&Cs
Mon Taxi Parisien reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time and without notice. The new T&Cs will be applicable as soon as they are published on the website www.montaxi-parisien.com .
It is the customer's responsibility to regularly consult the T&Cs before any new reservation.
11. Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, only the French courts will have jurisdiction to decide.
